Re: Where can I download Python?
www.google.com
Google 'python'
click the first link
click download
http://www.python.org/download/
you get that link. Honestly I probably could have found that link off the top of my head just because of how obvious it is.
You can also find a whole video tutorial series right here: www.youtube.com/user/thenewboston or if you would prefer to watch somewhere else the entire series is on the guys website too: www.thenewboston.com
Have fun learning python, I personally don't know it that much though...

I wish you luck with your journey through learning Python!Nighthawk0973 wrote:Have fun learning python, I personally don't know it that much though...
I don't know anything about Python, but I will eventually start reading the book I bought about it.
This forum has a few members that are pros when it comes to Python, the only thing that stinks is that they are not active members, and don't visit alot. To name one member that is good with Python, Arty-FishL.
Re: Where can I download Python?
hmmm.... who else can we name that's on here besides arty? XD
if you want to contact him he's on the alice community forums http://www.alice.org/community/ which I'm sure he's more active on. And you can always get help from TONs of python pros by registering here: http://www.thenewboston.com/forum/
(I love how easy it is to come up with all these links off the top of my head XD)

I like that you are listing them here. It will be easier to find resources that way.Nighthawk0973 wrote:hmmm.... who else can we name that's on here besides arty? XD

Re: Where can I download Python?
hey, I give links so that people who want to be lazy and not use google (which, FYI, is the reason why this person hasn't already found the python download page XD) can just click the link, and than get frustrated that it opened up in a new window! (I ALWAYS open my links in new tabs because I don't have new IE windows if I have to)

Re: Where can I download Python?
I agree. No matter what web browser I am using, I always open stuff in a new tab!Nighthawk0973 wrote:(I ALWAYS open my links in new tabs because I don't have new IE windows if I have to)
Re: Where can I download Python?
lol, I set firefox to always open in a new tab, even if usually the link would go in a new window. Also, saw the new 'Rules' icon.
