Well I am not very good at definitions, mainly because they are so open to debate, so if the things that you listed would constituite being of an "intermedate" level than what ,in your opinion would, constitute being a begginer or being at an advanced level. Personally I think I am intermediate as well in most area's of C++. For example I have no clue how to make graphics in C++ other than using humble ascii char's, but the programming behind the something, or solving a problem is what I know how to do.Embarassed

Yeah I guess you're right. But at the same time I don't have as vast of a knowlege of how big C++ is. Chances are, that if I learned GUIs, Graphics, Networking, Save Data, .ini Files, and a few other things, I could create my own MMO engine Very Happy Which is what I plan to do some day. But than again, there is a whole ton of other C++ junk that i might not know about, but will need to know about sooner or later.

an MMO engine is a tool that let's you create your own MMO or MMORPG. If you won't know what an MMORPG is than let me just tell you this: It's a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. AKA, it's an RPG, but it's in a online world where people can see each others characters act. Example: Runes of Magic, (awesome) Runescape, World of Warcraft. Remember, google is your best friend Wink

There is a game that I can make available on this forum that allows forum members to play with one another, but it isn't activated.

I'm back, I went on another vacation. And legolizard, if you want, I can split the off-topic posts into their own thread.

Na it is okay. I like studying conversations see where they go. You can learn a lot about a person by what they talk about and you can also learn about how the human mind works in its infintely quirky ways.

eh, not really. Anybody could wake up at those times. Are you really going to pinpoint who I am just from when I wake up? Seriously if you wanted to know who I was and where I lived you could just trace my IP address (the IP address I'm logged in from) and than match the IP Address with an Address (god I seriously hope you know enough about networking to know what an IP is...)

Also, I least I don't blab out my name DAVID Smile (again, anybody could be david)

I have your IP address. Only administrators can see it though. It is captured whenever you post on the forum.
