TorqueScript is a scripting language used to create games and applications.

An example of TorqueScript would be, Blockland, created by Eric Hartman (Badspot).

You can use Notepad for this.

Okay, but if I were to Google TorqueScript compiler, would I find anything?

No what he means is, you remember how HTML can be created with notepad, TorqueScript is obviously the same detail.

I wonder, is TourqueScript at all afiliated with the Tourque MMORPG engine? (The one that creates 3D MMOs but costs real money like almost all 3D MMORPG creators?)

If you tell us a little bit more about it, I will create a forum for it, but otherwise, I won't.

And it has to be a REAL programming language, not some side-script used with a game engine. We're talking about programming languages capable of making games without any extra engine, though we hope to get all the programming languages possible. That would definately help us gain some reputation

TorqueScript by itself can be used to make games.

If you're talking about the Torque Engine created by Garage Games, then that is basically what this is implying.

So than the Tourque engine is basically just a MMO/game programming language?

eh, I'm kinda iffy on this one. It's up to DB but I wouldn't do it. It's not really the type of language where looking for I don't think. How about a link or an in deft description like I did with blitz, showing example code etc.

A link to the official site would be nice. I am kind of leaning towards saying no, but with a little info, you may convince me otherwise.
